Have your say in the Society Forum

web-golflogoAt several of our reunions a number of members have gone off to a local golf course on the Friday or Saturday afternoon and have played an enjoyable round of golf.

In Newcastle Ken Collins and Waz McKenzie went off to play and were asked why they didn’t let people know as quite a few would have been keen to have joined them.

Ken has taken these comments onboard and has decided to organise a golf tournament in Plymouth as part of the 2010 reunion. There are a number of superb golf courses nearby willing to host Society tournaments and, if enough interest is raised, Ken is willing to organise sponsorship and prizes wherever he can to make the tournament worthwhile.

The Society will support the administration of the competition by maintaining this web page giving details of the competition as it evolves and supplying the facility to download entry forms etc. We have also provided Ken with an easy to remember e-mail address so, should you wish to obtain further details or register an interest with Ken please e-mail him at:

golf@hmscourageous.co.uk

There is also a new thread in the Society Forum about the golf so please visit the forum and give your views and comments.

Please return to this page for further information as the tournament details become available. Good luck. Dust those golf bats off and polish your niblick or whatever it is you golfers do and have a great competition in Guz.
